HOW DO WE DO IT?

1. We define together the objectives of your event
We identify the purpose of the event and the targets to be achieved: date, location, demographics of attendees, duration and objective KPIs.
2. We define the budget
We determine, in a modular and flexible way, a realistic budget considering all aspects, minimizing to the point of nullifying unexpected expenses. Space rental, permits, public financing, personnel, management software, web, social networks, digital marketing, entertainment, insurance, supplies, sponsors.
All items will be in an editable Excel until your approval. Further adjustment iterations are always possible during execution.
3. We confirm spaces, suppliers and equipment
We review the budgets and move on to confirm location, supplier supplies and planned equipment.
4. We define the team
The event requires several specialists, who execute the planned tasks, and an event manager who acts as team coordinator and who responds quickly, solving any problems that arise, respecting the performance objectives and defined times.
5. We plan in detail
We establish the preparatory execution plan for the event, the day or days of the event, and the post-event. Previous meetings are held (virtual or on site) with suppliers, with the team and with the client, owner of the event, to which the execution of the plan is constantly transmitted according to the planned milestones.
6. We execute
We execute the plan respecting the objectives and complying with the defined metrics. The client monitors the development of the event at every moment through shared online information and common chats that are active 24 hours a day.
7. We analyze the results
After the event, debriefings are carried out on the results obtained, detailed reports and event memories are compiled and at the same time necessary support is given to attendees.
